On the day event coordination. Working with vendors that you are sourced making sure the event runs smoothly so client doesn’t have to worry.
Includes :
- Initial Consultation
- Detailed handover 1 month prior to the event
- Site visit and meet a head of the the event
- Supplier Management (they report to myself)
- Detailed plan for day eg. seating plan, timeline and schedule.
- Help with last minute alterations
- On the day set-up / styling
- Up to 10 hours coordination
Silver
£ 1250
Partial planning and on the day coordination so client doesnt have to stress.
Includes :
- Initial Consultation
- Detailed handover 1 month prior to the event
- Site Visit and meet a head of the the event
- I will find a venue for your budget
- Help with supplier sourcing (will give you a list) and management.
- Attending consultations with suppliers
- Producing a minute by minute running order document of the day to distribute to all suppliers.
- Help with last minute alterations
- On the day set-up / styling
- Up to 12 hours coordination
- Regular meetings and unlimited e-mail and phone call support.
Gold
15% of your overall budget. Initial meeting for quotation meeting which is bespoke to your event.
Full planning and on the day coordiation. I will have bring the clients visions to life and let them enjoy all the fun.
- Includes everything in Silver package plus:
- Initial quoting consultation meeting
- Minimum 2 site visits and meet a head of the the event
- Attending consultations with suppliers
- Supplier sourcing & management
- Budget Planning
- Fully contactable via whatsapp and email
- RSVP Management
- Full floor plan and table list.
- I will not stop from start to finish.
Platinum
20% of your overall budget. Initial meeting for quotation meeting which is bespoke to your event.
That extra step into platinum will take everything out of the clients hands.
Includes:
- Initial quoting consultation meeting
- Minimum 2 site visits and meet a head of the the event
- Venue Sourcing for Event
- Supplier sourcing & management
- Assisting with the styling of the event– creating Mood boards, floor plans and suggesting ideas for the decor.
- Budget Management
- Assisting with arranging guest transport
- Creation of invites or marketing
- RSVP management
- Attending consultations with suppliers
- Producing a minute by minute running order document of the day to distribute to all suppliers
- All on the day coordination
- Managing the wedding day from start to finish
